Privacy Policy

    Summary: PGM stores all of your business records on your own device.
    We do not operate any server, we do not collect your data, and we do not transmit your
    records to us or to any third party. Information leaves your device only when you
    yourself choose to print, email or share a document.

1. Who we are

PGM ("the app") is developed and published by ReeR. This policy explains what information the app handles, why it is needed, and the choices available to you. If you have any questions, contact us at robkemazas@gmail.com.

2. Information the app handles

PGM is a garage and workshop management tool. You enter business information into the app and it is saved in a private database on your device. This may include:

The app does not collect any of this information. It is not sent to the developer, and there is no online account, no cloud sync and no remote server.

3. Information we do NOT collect

No advertising identifiers and no advertising of any kind.
No analytics, usage tracking or behavioural profiling.
No crash-reporting services.
No location data.
No contacts, call logs or SMS content are read from your device.

4. Device permissions and why they are needed

Permission	Why the app asks for it
Camera	To let you photograph a vehicle, job or document, and to capture a business logo. Photos are saved only on your device. The camera is used only when you tap a camera button.
Photos / storage (read and write)	To save and open your records, generated PDF documents, backup files and photos, and to let you pick a logo image from your gallery.
Notifications	To show the progress or result of a background backup you started.
Internet / network state	Required by Google Play Billing to verify your subscription, and to hand a document to your email app when you choose to send one. No records are uploaded to us.

You can withdraw any of these permissions at any time in Android Settings → Apps → PGM → Permissions. Some features will stop working without them.

5. When information leaves your device

Your data leaves the device only through actions you initiate:

Email / share: when you choose to email or share an invoice, report or PDF, the file is passed to the app you select (for example your email client). From that point the receiving app and its provider handle the file under their own privacy policies.
Print: when you print, the document is passed to the Android print service and the printer you select.
Backup: if you use the backup feature, the backup file is written to the location you choose. If you enable Android's own system backup, Google may store a copy under Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions and payments

New installations of the app use a subscription with a free trial period, handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see, receive or store your card number or any other payment details. Google processes the payment and only tells the app whether a valid subscription exists. Google's handling of that transaction is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can view or cancel a subscription at any time in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.

7. Data retention and deletion

Because your records are held only on your device, you remain in full control of them. You can delete individual records inside the app at any time. To remove everything, clear the app's data or uninstall the app in Android Settings → Apps → PGM. Uninstalling permanently deletes the app's local database, documents and photos, so please export a backup first if you want to keep them. As we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

8. Security

Your records are stored in the app's private storage area, which other apps on the device cannot read. Protecting the device itself with a screen lock, and keeping your backup files somewhere safe, are the most effective ways to keep your business data secure.

9. Children

PGM is a business tool intended for professional use by adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be described in the app's release notes on Google Play.
